How long have you been open?

We originally opened in 2011 as Salon Lisa Brown, and transitioned to our SalonSpa space in March 2024, where we expanded our service offerings to include massage therapy, barbering, facials and lash extensions, full service nails and full body waxing!

How Can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation online at www.lisabrownsalonspa.com or with the Free MeGo Client App! Some services require a consultation. If you need assistance with your reservation, please send us an email to lbssfrontdesk@gmail.com or call us at 205-477-1477. If we fail to answer, please leave a voicemail.

Please allow 48 business hours for a representative to respond.

How can I cancel or reschedule my reservation(s)?

To protect our artist’s livelihood we ask that you cancel your reservation within 48 hours. Please use your MeGo Client app at any time,email us at lbssfrontdesk@gmail.com or call 205-477-1477 and leave us a voicemail!

Please note, reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be assessed a 50% service fee

I'm not sure what service to get

No problem! Reserve a complimentary 10 minute consultation and our artists will be happy to help guide you through the best service options for you. If you require additional time, we do offer 20 minute consultations for $25.

Do you service children?

Due to our desire to provide all of our guests with a consistent and luxurious experience, we no longer allow children under the age of 9 in the SalonSpa space. Children 9 and older must be receiving a service & able to sit for the duration of the service. If there is excessive movement or crying, we will have to end the service. We do not offer a refund in this case. For safety reasons, we ask that all guardians allow the artist ample space to work and do not hover.

 

Do You Service Anyone?

Yes! We service both men, women, and children over 9.

Do you offer Bridal Packages

Yes! We would love to be apart of your special day! We have onsite and offsite packages available. Please contact us at lbssfrontdesk@gmail.com for more information!

How Can I rent the Event Room?

Our event room is spacious and great for meetings, baby showers and more! It includes a TV, WiFi, whiteboard with markers, 2 bathrooms, patio access, freezer/fridge and serveware!

Do you offer group rates?

Yes! We offer  group rates for 10 or more guests. Please contact us at lbssfrontdesk@gmail.com for more information!

Do you have any promotions?

Yes! We have promotions throughout the year, check out the Promotions on our website to see current promotions year-around!

How long will it take to get my hair done?

Service times will vary depending on service type, add-ons, and individual needs. Most hair, skin and nail services are 60-90 minutes at minimum.  Estimated service times are listed in our online reservation portal. Due to the possibility of guest’s reservations changing daily, please allow a grace period of up to 25 minutes for your artist to start your service.

Do you have a Loyalty Rewards Program?

Yes, all guests are automatically enrolled! Please check out the Loyalty Rewards to learn more!

POLICIES

Cashless

We are a cashless SalonSpa and keep minimal cash on hand, artists can still receive cash gratuities!

All reservations require an active credit card on file. The credit card will only be used to process payments for No-Shows if necessary. Another credit card may be used at time of checkout. Please let the front desk know if you need to update the credit card at any time!

If you do not feel comfortable leaving a card on file, no worries! We have a few other options:

  1. Purchase an e-gift card online for the equivalent of your service, or more.
  2. Place a credit on your account to use for your next service. This can be done over the phone or in person.

Gift Cards & Packages

All gift cards & packages expire 12 months from purchase date.

Assistants & New Talent

Lisa Brown SalonSpa operates as a team to ensure guests have the most efficient experience! Our team assists eachother when needed and uses Assistants.

Our Assistants and New Talent Artists are licensed and apprenticing under our Senior Artists while they complete the Lisa Brown SalonSpa Assistant Pathway to Success Program, which ensures they are ready to for success when their reservation book is opened!

All services performed on the salon floor are under the guidance our our Senior Artists, who may provide feedback or assistance during the service to guide them in the right direction if necessary.

We encourage you to make a reservation with our New Talent Artists to experience Lisa Brown SalonSpa on a budget!

If the service is not to your satisfaction, please notify us via email within 48 hours. If a re-do is necessary, please note it will be with the same New Talent Artist as they are apart of our Pathway to Success Program and re-dos are to be done by the New Talent who performed the original service for training purposes.

Wait Times

In some instances due to unforeseen changes in the previous guest’s reservations, an artist may run behind. We ask that guests give their artist 20-25 minutes of grace.

We pride ourselves in having wait times under 25 minutes & do our best to contact guests ahead of time or at the time of check in.

If your wait time exceeds 25 minutes and one of our team members did not make you aware prior via phone call, text or in person, please do not hesitate to reach out via email at lbssfrontdesk@gmail.com!

No Show, Cancellation & Same-Day Rescheduling Policy

To protect our artist’s livelihood, we ask that guests provide 48 hours notice to the salon if they need to cancel or reschedule their reservation so that the spot may filled.

All reservations have a 25 minute grace period before they are considered a No Show. Excessive No Shows can result in being blocked from future reservations.

Same Day Rescheduling: $25

Cancellations & No Shows: 50% service charge

Fee(s) must be paid before rescheduling.

 

Ambiance & Electronics

To maintain a peaceful ambiance, we ask that all guests limit phone conversations to 3 minutes or less and silence or use headphones for any electronics that may play music and/or sounds. If you have to make a longer call, no problem! We just ask that you use our beautiful outdoor patio.

Additional Guests & Guardians

To maintain optimal capacity, only the guest being serviced should remain for the duration of the service. Guardians are allowed to accompany children or guests in need. We do ask that guardians allow the artist ample space to work efficiently and do not crowd or hover at their stations for safety reasons.

Additional Service Charges

Service prices are an estimate & subject to change depending on individual guest’s needs. There may be additional services our artists will need to add to ensure optimal results, including but not limited to:

Detangling that exceeds 15 minutes, Additional Product or Time for Hair or Nails, Scalp Detoxification, Treatments, Trims, Haircuts etc.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or adjust service prices and/or service offerings.

Service Guarantee

We will be happy to re-do any service that was not to your satisfaction when notified within 48 hours of the service.
